1. What our apps are
Novira and NBORSA are information platforms that produce automated technical analysis using historical market data, mathematical calculations and algorithms. They do not execute trades, do not recommend trades and give no guarantee on any analysis.
However strong the mathematical models behind an analysis, market conditions can change suddenly and no analysis can be 100% certain.
We continuously improve our algorithms to offer you the most accurate, high-quality data, but our priority is always to protect you. We strongly remind you to stay away from people and groups that promise you certain profits or guarantees.
The information provided is not investment advice. Novira and NBORSA are analysis tools, not decision-making mechanisms; the final investment decision rests entirely with the user.
2. Crypto-asset risks
Crypto-assets are highly volatile and can lose a large part or all of their value in a short time. They may be affected by liquidity problems, exchange outages, regulatory changes, hacks and sudden news. In many countries crypto-assets are not covered by investor compensation or deposit guarantee schemes.
3. Stock market risks
Share prices can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invest. Prices can move sharply around earnings announcements, dividends and macroeconomic events. NBORSA price data is delayed by 15 minutes and does not reflect real-time prices.
4. Leverage and derivatives
Negative (downside) analyses can only be acted on with derivatives or leveraged products such as futures or short positions. These products magnify both gains and losses; you can lose your entire margin, and in some cases more than your initial investment. NoviraSoft does not encourage the use of leverage.
5. Limits of technical analysis
Technical analysis studies past prices and volumes. It does not account for every factor that moves markets and cannot predict unexpected events. Indicators can give conflicting readings, and an assessment on one timeframe may differ from another. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
6. Data and availability
Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Analyses may be paused or unavailable at times.
7. Beware of scams
